Who we are

Studio Cicely is a brand and digital studio for exceptional hospitality properties. We are based in Poland and operate under EU GDPR. The data controller is Laurence Wall. You can contact us at laurencew.evolved@outlook.com.

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, the name of your property, and your email address. We also collect information you provide during the brand conversation that follows your initial enquiry.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised data about how you use this site via Google Analytics 4. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location (country level). We do not collect IP addresses.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is collected so we can respond to your interest in working with us. Our legal basis is legitimate interest — you have actively contacted us and expect a response.

Analytics data is collected only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies or contacting us.

How we store it

Enquiry data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database service. Analytics data is processed by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to hold it — typically the duration of any working relationship, plus two years. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within twelve months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, or object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, email us at laurencew.evolved@outlook.com. We will respond within 30 days.
